We Care

WeCare is to be a whole-hearted investment in people’s well-being, both internal and external. The name covers specific activities that the company implements to show that we care, and that we accept our responsibility. These activities apply to both guests and employees, as well as to other people who, for a variety of reasons, need a helping hand.
Through “WeCare”, Nordic Choice is to take up the vacant market position as “The hotel chain that cares about people’s well-being”.

As regards our employees, our goal is to ensure that the knowledge generated through WeCare gives them extra energy on an everyday basis. Via the “Metres and Minutes” campaign, we promote physical activity with the aim of encouraging as many people as possible to exercise. We also aim to encourage fellowship and social commitment. When employees reach their goals, we give a gift to the needy. Our objective is to improve health and the environment, with reduced absence due to illness as a positive side effect. Each hotel has its own local initiatives.
